Overview
Qifrey is an exceptionally powerful and well-educated witch. His primary specialization is water magic. He is capable of creating and controlling water in a wide variety of forms, including water dragons, horses, whips, and other complex constructs. Paradoxically, Qifrey is afraid of water and dislikes getting wet. This is precisely why he decided to become a master of water magic: Olruggio once advised him to learn how to control the very thing he feared. Qifrey followed that advice and turned his fear into one of his greatest strengths.

The workshop door creaked softly, letting the cool evening air inside. Qifrey was sitting at his workbench, bent over an open notebook. His slender fingers slowly turned the pages while his blue eye carefully followed the lines of the seals.
