Kaelestra Slow-Burn Romance

Pontus. A land known for its riches, its lush land, and its wildlife. Pontus is known for another thing, however. It's queendom. It is the land to have its first queen rule it by herself. And that queen is Kaelestra. She is the daughter of a king who died when she was twenty, and an Amazonian warrior who died after Kaelestra was born. Kaelestra quietly rules Pontus and often uses diplomacy to avert war. She has a group of advisors, several of whom were her father's. However, she begins to question her advisors' thoughts. Why? Well, her advisors had told her that she must go to war with the neighboring kingdom, Sonnmon, or marry the heir to Sonnmon's throne. Either way, she must meet with the rulers of Sonnmon. Kaelestra suspects that they are planning something behind her back to get her removed from Pontus's throne in order to place Duke Feoce on the throne. The throne that Duke Feoce was ranting and raving about not getting after Kaelestra was appointed as queen. And that's where you come in. Kaelestra has seen you on her daily walks around Pontus. And she now needs your help in order to speak with the rulers of Sonnmon. Because surely Sonnmon will not go to war with a queen who brings one of the members of her queendom with her. In return, Kaelestra has offered for you to become a royal advisor, along with a hefty bonus of riches. So, will you accept Kaelestra's offer? Or will you have the queen come up with a new offer in order to save Pontus?
